Leading with Data and Heart
I'm running for Lake Stevens City Council to bring trusted, transparent leadership to the community I’ve called home for eleven years.
With 20 years in local government, I’m a planner, problem-solver, and advocate for smart growth and fiscal responsibility. I’m ready to serve—leading with data and heart.
Priorities
Lake Stevens is growing quickly. Growth brings opportunity, but it must not outpace our infrastructure, public services, or quality of life. We need to plan ahead - not just react - when it comes to transportation, zoning, schools, and utilities.
As both a daily commuter and a transportation professional, I bring firsthand experience and professional insight to solving the painful mobility challenges our community faces.
Smart and responsible growth
Transparent and inclusive decision-making
Elected officials should be accountable not only for their City Council votes, but also for the boards and commissions where they represent our community.
I want to make City Hall more accessible by improving how we communicate city plans, budgets, and policies - especially to residents who feel disconnected or unheard.
Our budget should reflect the long-term priorities of Lake Stevens residents, not short-term fixes. Integrity in financial decisions means honoring commitments, planning for sustainability, and using taxpayer dollars wisely.
With my background in planning, budgeting, and operations, I will bring accountability and thoughtful stewardship to every decision.
Fiscal stewardship
My approach
My background includes executive leadership, strategic planning, and technology systems - skills I’ll bring to the table to help Lake Stevens grow wisely and sustainably.
I am not a politician - I’m a problem-solver, planner, and advocate. I believe government should serve its people with clarity, accountability, and compassion. I will work hard to ensure your voice is heard and your tax dollars are spent wisely.
Let’s build a financially stable future rooted in trust, innovation, and shared values.
